SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing BeeRooted for your premium organic honey needs. We are committed to delivering our products safely and efficiently across India.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship to all serviceable locations within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

DELIVERY TIME

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Tamil Nadu (All locations): 2-4 business days
  • Other Cities/Towns: 4-6 business days
  • Remote Areas: 4-6 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, courier availability, and unforeseen circumstances.

SHIPPING CHARGES

For Tamil Nadu:

  • FREE SHIPPING on all orders (no minimum order value required)

For Rest of India:

  • Orders of ₹500 and above: FREE SHIPPING
  • Orders below ₹500: ₹49 flat shipping charge

Exact shipping charges will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.

PACKAGING

All our honey products are carefully packaged in protective materials to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Our premium glass jars are secured with bubble wrap and cushioning materials to prevent breakage during transit.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

DELIVERY PARTNERS

We work with reliable and trusted courier partner FEDEX Couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your organic honey.

DELIVERY PROCESS

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your order to the address provided. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package during business hours (10 AM - 6 PM).

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the courier will make up to 2-3 delivery attempts. After all attempts fail, the order will be returned to our facility. In such cases:

  • You will be notified via email/SMS
  • Re-shipping will require payment of fresh shipping charges (₹49 for orders below ₹500, or as applicable)
  • Refunds will be processed after deducting original shipping costs and return shipping fees

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

We take utmost care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit:

  • Contact us immediately at beerooted.org@gmail.com or +91 9894113338 within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photographs of the damaged packaging and product
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund as appropriate
  • No questions asked for genuine cases

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping address is complete, accurate, and includes:

  • Full name of recipient
  • Complete street address with house/flat number
  • Landmark (if applicable)
  • City, State, and PIN code
  • Working phone number

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Shipping address changes are only possible before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, the address cannot be modified. Please contact us immediately at beerooted.org@gmail.com if you need to update your address.

As a token of appreciation for our local customers, we offer completely free shipping across Tamil Nadu with faster delivery timelines. This applies to all order values with no minimum purchase requirement.
